After the great success of my first smoothie bowl, I decided to make another one a couple of days later. This green smoothie bowl is even healthier than my first try and although it’s full of good stuff it really feels like a treat. If you search for smoothie bowl on websites like Pinterest, you will find the prettiest pictures of smoothie bowls, with the most extravagant toppings. But don’t let that discourage you: a simple one like this is just as tasty! (Or at least a great place to start)
During my search on Pinterest for inspiration, I found so many bowls that sounded awesome! So here’s a roundup of three of them. Just click on the picture to go to the recipe!
- 100g (soy) yoghurt
- 4 tbsp coconut milk
- 3 hand full spinach leaves
- 2 small peaches, chopped
- Goji berries
- Shredded coconut
- Mix all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender, until smooth.
- Add the toppings and serve.
